Job summary

Adoration Health’s hospice division seeks a Community Liaison in Ashtabula, OH to promote hospice services to hospitals, clinics, and families. You will build durable relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners, attend events, and manage outreach in the CRM.

This role emphasizes compassion, autonomy, and community connections. You should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and healthcare marketing experience, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing and CRM/referral networks experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and administrative applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; good time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice services at hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the brand.
• Track outreach activity in the CRM system and report results.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient referrals.
• Stay current on hospice care through ongoing training.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks on time; ensure regulatory compliance.
