Job summary

Touchstone Hospice is seeking a driven Liaison in Training in San Antonio. This paid program develops candidates from the ground up with mentorship from the marketing team and field trainers.

After three months, readiness for full Liaison responsibilities is evaluated to determine fit for a full-time role. You will learn sales fundamentals, referral development, and healthcare relationship-building while gaining real field experience and building a professional network within Touchstone's care

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-month training curriculum covering sales fundamentals, referral development, and industry knowledge.
• Shadow Liaisons and observe referral visits across San Antonio.
• Build referral development skills under direct mentorship.
• Start building supervised relationships with referral sources.
• Represent Touchstone's mission with empathy and clarity to families.
• Track growth through milestones and competency checkpoints.
• Represent Touchstone's brand in San Antonio's care community.
