Job summary

Sierra Home Health & Hospice in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Liaison in Training to establish trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities. This paid, three-month program develops the next generation of liaisons through hands-on mentorship and field experience.

After training, you may transition to a full-time Liaison role with base pay plus performance incentives, offering the potential to earn six figures in total compensation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a hands-on, three-month training curriculum covering sales fundamentals, referral development, and industry knowledge.
• Shadow experienced Liaisons in the field and observe real referral visits with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities.
• Build core referral development skills under direct mentorship.
• Start building your own supervised relationships with referral sources as you progress.
• Learn to communicate with empathy and clarity, especially with families navigating a difficult health transition.
• Study the competitive landscape and learn to represent Sierra's mission and services with confidence.
• Track your own growth through learning milestones and competency checkpoints.
• Represent Sierra's mission and brand professionally throughout Las Cruces's care community.
