Job summary

Adoration Hospice, part of Adoration Health, is seeking a Community Liaison in Richmond, VA to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, facilities, and families. You will serve as the face of our organization, building strong relationships and coordinating outreach with care teams.

This is a full-time, M-F 8-5 role with a focus on community engagement, events, and reducing barriers to access. If you are passionate about compassionate end-of-life care and can work independently,

Qualifications

• 2+ years health care marketing experience.
• Current and valid state driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels.
• Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in CRM.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure smooth patient referrals.
• Stay current on hospice care through training.
• Complete reports and admin tasks on time.
• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations.
