Job summary

Redcrest Hospice in Bloomington is seeking a Hospice Account Executive/Liaison to educate healthcare professionals about our services and to build lasting relationships with physician offices, long-term care facilities, rehabs and hospitals.

You will attend community events, coordinate referrals, and help patients transition through the care continuum, while meeting weekly and monthly targets. Travel is required; a professional appearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 4 years of healthcare sales experience.
• High degree of creativity with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to communicate well with patients, families, physicians and coworkers.
• Professional demeanor and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals about the Company services including physicians' offices and facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the community.
• Create community awareness of the benefits of home healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and assist patients through transition of care.
