Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a Community Representative to educate referral sources and the public about our hospice services. You will travel within your region, meet with long-term care facilities, hospitals, and clinics, and generate referrals through relationship-building and community outreach.

You will collaborate with our hospice team to deliver patient-focused care, provide education at events and fairs, and ensure timely communication with families and care teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.

• Travel territory to make sales calls to accounts according to a strategic action plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate the public about services.
