Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in VT and NH.
• Passion for hospice care and patient-focused service.
• Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team.
• RN with BSN or MSN preferred.
• Management experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical guidance to the hospice care team to meet patient and family needs.
• Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities.
• Develop and mentor future hospice leaders.
