Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Per Diem CNA for hospice care in the Scarborough area. You will deliver compassionate in-home and facility-based support, focusing on patient comfort and safety, with 1:1 attention and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with feeding, hygiene, transfers, and ambulation, and adhering to each plan of care to ensure consistent, high-quality care for clients in hospice settings.

Qualifications

• Current State of Maine CNA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Compassionate & caring demeanor.
• Experience providing 1:1 patient care in home or facility settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving in facilities, engaging clients in activities.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with feeding, hygiene, transfers.
• Support patients with ambulation and daily living tasks as outlined in Plan of Care.
