Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate care in home health settings across Lewiston and nearby communities.

You will assist with vital signs, feeding, personal hygiene, transfers, and ambulation, while partnering with facility staff to ensure continuity of care. Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maine CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in facilities and homes.
• Assist with vital signs, feeding, personal hygiene, transfers, and ambulation.
• Perform tasks as outlined in Plan of Care and coordinate with facility staff for continuity of care.
