Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a compassionate CNA for per diem shifts at Gosnell House in Scarborough, ME. You will provide care to hospice clients in a facility setting, including vital signs, feeding, hygiene, transfers, and ambulation while coordinating with the facility staff.

Must hold Maine CNA certification and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Per diem schedule offers flexibility and growth within a patient-centered home care team.

Qualifications

• Current State of Maine CNA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work per diem shifts in hospice care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving to clients in hospice facilities.
• Vital signs, feeding, personal hygiene, transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Follow Plan of Care and partner with facility staff for continuity of care.
