Optimal Care is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA to travel within the Lansing area and surrounding regions, visiting patients in homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. You will provide compassionate personal care and support to ensure comfort and dignity in the home setting.

Required CNA certification in Michigan, reliable transportation, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Full-time days with on-call rotations and mileage reimbursement are offered to support optimal

Competenze

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Michigan and be in good standing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
