Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role based in Stockbridge, GA. You will work in patients' homes under supervision, providing personal care and reporting observations to the case manager to support comfort and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, state CNA training/certification, current CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Meet the state training and certification requirements.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patient mobility.
• Ability to provide compassionate personal care and observe/report patient status.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Meet safety needs and use equipment properly.
• Assist with baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen.
• Assist in dressing/undressing and feeding as assigned.
• Assess and report patient condition changes to the case manager.
• Adhere to documentation and care procedures and standards.
• Perform other CNA duties as assigned.
