Interim HealthCare Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan for flexible assignments with no weekends or holidays required. The role offers a pay rate of $18–$22 per hour, weekly pay, health and disability insurance, and a family-owned supportive environment.

With a history since 1966, Interim HealthCare emphasizes caring for staff as well as patients, and provides opportunities for professional growth and ESOP participation after eligibility milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Active CNA certification (CNA) in Michigan.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment and maintain unobstructed pathways while providing care.
• Assist patients in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nails, and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, etc.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises.
• Follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing only tasks that are assigned.
• Recognize, report, and record/document changes in patient/client condition and safety to the supervisor.
