Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, promote safety, and follow the assigned care plan in a supportive environment.

We offer pay that ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, flexible assignments, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and an ESOP program for long-term value.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Active CNA certification in Michigan.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate, good communicator; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Promote a safe environment and maintain unobstructed pathways while providing care.
• Assist patients in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises.
• Follow the assignment sheet/service plan, performing only tasks that are assigned.
• Recognize, report, and document changes in patient condition and safety to the supervisor.

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities
