Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification through Michigan and be in good standing on the registry.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
• Experience as Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and mobility.
• Travel daily within the service area to patient homes, facilities, or nursing homes.
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to support comfort and quality of life for patients.
