Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, in Florida, is seeking a compassionate CNA/Dietary Aide to join our hospice team. The role combines meal planning and preparation with direct patient care in a hospice setting.

You will work with the Clinical Director, Registered Dietitian, and Food Service Coordinator to meet dietary goals while maintaining a sanitary kitchen. A supportive environment offers competitive pay, benefits, PTO, CEU support, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• Florida State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) including theory and clinical hours for licensure
• Current CPR certification required
• One year of hospice/home health or acute-care experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare environment, hospice or acute-care preferred
• Previous dietary experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist with meal purchasing, storage, preparation and sanitary kitchen maintenance
• Meet dietary goals and preferences of terminal patients in hospice house
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, Registered Dietitian, and Food Service Coordinator for timely meal prep
• Maintain kitchen and dietary department cleanliness and perform CNA patient-care duties as needed
• Provide clinical services to meet patient care needs as directed by the RN

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Hospice care experience (preferred)
