Job summary

HopeWest Hospice CNA position in Delta & Montrose, Colorado, is a PRN/Variable role supporting our clinical team. CNAs provide essential personal care and homemaker services under RN supervision as part of an interdisciplinary team serving the community.

We seek compassionate caregivers with a Colorado CNA license, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a genuine spirit of caring. Join us to help patients and families with empathy and teamwork.

CNA's for Hospice are responsible for providing personal care and homemaker services to our patients. Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families.

What You Bring:

• Current Colorado CNA License
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting
• A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
• Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay starting at $20.00-$22.13 per hour for CNA’s with more than 6 months experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months experiencewith an opportunity to move up to $20.00 at 6 months if proficient.
