HopeWest in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Restorative Aide (CNA) to support participants in restorative programs within our PACE model. Expect a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and duties across day center, therapy gym, and participant homes.
You will assist with mobility, ROM, and strengthening, document progress, and collaborate with PT/OT staff. Requires Colorado CNA license, CPR, and driver’s license with reliable transport.
