Job summary

HopeWest is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for Hospice in Delta and Montrose, CO. This PRN-Variable position provides personal care and homemaker services to patients under RN supervision, engaging with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Requirements include a Colorado CNA license and a Colorado driver’s license with reliable transportation if providing community care. Compensation ranges and benefits are described in the posting.

CNA's for Hospice are responsible for providing personal care and homemaker services to our patients. Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families.

What You Bring:

• Current Colorado CNA License
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting

• Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay starting at $20.00-$22.13 per hour for CNA’s with more than 6 months experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months experiencewith an opportunity to move up to $20.00 at 6 months if proficient.
