Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Temple, TX to provide personal healthcare and companion services in patients' homes.

You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily activities and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The ideal candidate has a CNA license, state nurse aide registry in good standing, and at least one year of hospice or nursing home experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred.
Nurse aide training competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements.
Must have CNA license.
Must have current driver's license.
At least one year experience preferred as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice or long term care facility.
Reliable transportation.
Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide personal healthcare and related services to patient in their residence.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment and cooperate with patient and family.
Report observations and problems to supervisor; work under RN direction.
