Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Completed state-approved nurse aide training or equivalent.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• At least one year of hospice/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment and work cooperatively with patient and family.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
