Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Azle/Boyd/Springtown Weatherford service area. Primary duties include providing personal healthcare in patients' homes, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and relaying observations to the supervising RN.

Qualified candidates will have CNA license, state-approved training, reliable transportation, and at least one year of hospice or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license.
• Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• At least one year experience in hospice, hospital, or long-term care.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services in patient residences.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and work with family.
• Report observations to the supervising RN.
• Assist under RN direction.
