Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice care professionals. The role provides personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes, with supervision from a registered nurse.

You will work to maintain a safe, clean environment, support patients and families, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered culture. The position requires state-certified CNA, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Completed state-approved nurse aide training or licensure in good standing.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare services to patients in their home.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean home environment; report observations to the supervising RN.
