Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home personal healthcare and support to patients under RN supervision. You will help maintain a safe, clean living environment, assist patients and families, and report observations to the supervisor.

Required CNA license, state nurse aide registry standing, and a valid driver's license. At least one year in hospice or related care is preferred. Reliable transportation is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current drivers
• At least one year experience preferred as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital nursing home home health agency hospice or long term care facility
• Reliable transportation
