Job summary

Arkansas Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal hygiene and daily care for patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment within the interdisciplinary team plan of care in Monticello, AR.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and CNA training; prior patient care experience is preferred. A valid Arkansas driver's license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA training and competency evaluation per Arkansas guidelines.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure required.
• Must have valid Arkansas driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient hygiene and personal care under RN supervision.
• Maintain safe, clean patient environment per care plan.
• Assist with transfers, feeding, transportation, and mobility.
• Document patient status and care provided accurately.
