Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and competency evaluation completed.
• Eligible for Arkansas CNA licensure and able to obtain a Letter of Determination.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care under RN supervision.
• Maintain safe, clean patient environment per care plan.
• Assist with transfers, feeding, and intake of fluids.
• Document patient assignments accurately and timely.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and report to nurse.
