Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice CNA to support seniors at home in the Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient condition, and ensure safety and comfort as outlined in each hospice care plan.

This role offers competitive pay ($18-21/hour), mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and 1:1 client ratios. A high school diploma, active SC CNA certification, CPR, and reliable transportation are required, with hospice

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active SC CNA Certification
• 1 year of CNA experience
• Hospice experience preferred
• CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation

Responsibilities

• Provides services as stated in each patient's hospice care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document patient condition.
• Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies)
