Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta seeks a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to deliver patient-centered end-of-life care in patients’ homes across South Carolina. You will support comfort, dignity, and timely interventions within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in South Carolina required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation requested.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors in patients’ homes with end-of-life support.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming and nutrition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output and document changes.
• Follow patient care plans with home health nurses and aides.
• Notify supervisor of changes in care, meds or equipment.
