Job summary

Riverside Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home care in Southern Oregon. You will assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support families with empathy in a home setting.

The role requires an Oregon CNA license and CPR certification, with the ability to work independently and travel to patients’ homes across Medford, Grants Pass and surrounding areas. Full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in patients' homes (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Report changes in condition to the nurse or case manager.
• Support patients and families with compassion and respect.
