Job summary

Assured Home Health, part of the Optum family, is hiring Home Health Aides and CNAs for PRN in Oregon. You will deliver in-home personal care and health-related services, supporting patients’ physical and emotional well-being in diverse home settings. A valid driver’s license and Oregon CNA certification are required with CPR preferred.

Pay ranges $13.00–$20.00 per hour, with full benefits eligibility. State-specific requirements include CNA certification through Oregon State Board of Nursing.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home health/home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health services.
• Perform activities of daily living support (bathing, grooming, mobility assistance).
• Report observations to supervisor and coordinate with care team.
• Assist with household tasks essential to client care.
