Compassus Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to support patients at home and across our hospice team. The role emphasizes comfort care, emotional and spiritual support, and helping patients live their final days with dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• In NM licensure not required if you meet one of: licensed/certified aide OR completed nurse aide training and 24 months continuous experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with loved ones.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
