Job summary

Holisticare Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on care that brings dignity and comfort to patients at the end of life. You will work closely with our nursing team to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs with respect and empathy.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm with every other weekend required, serving Malvern, King of Prussia and Phoenixville. We offer growth, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current unencumbered CNA certificate in state.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification required if state mandates.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care following the care plan to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and dedication to patient satisfaction.
• Support families by sharing knowledge and guidance in caring for terminally ill loved ones.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient’s home, agency records, and regulatory standards.
