Job summary

Crown & Seasons Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home or facility settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support patients and families in meaningful ways.

The role offers an hourly rate of $17–$19, with duties spanning hygiene, mobility support, vital signs, nutrition, and companionship. Equal opportunity employer with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience preferred (hospice or home care a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Change linens, wash laundry, clean living areas, and maintain a safe environment.
• Measure and report vital signs, intake/output, and health changes.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and patient positioning.
• Administer basic treatments as directed by nurses or physicians.
• Support medication adherence as directed.
• Prepare meals and nourishment per dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany patients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Document care and communicate with the nursing team.
• Provide care in home or facility hospice settings.
