ExcelaCare Hospice in Roswell, NM is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (PRN) to assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. The role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a hospice setting.

The CNA will help with bathing, mobility, feeding, and safe patient handling while documenting observations and participating in continuing education.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant course and state certification.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance including walking, transferring, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under supervision of licensed staff.
• Collect specimens for lab tests as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized patient environment.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans.
• Participate in training and continuing education programs.
