Job summary

Victory Hospice in Ada, OK seeks a Certified Nurse Aide (PRN per visit) to provide essential patient care and support. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety for patients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant course and state certification.
• One year of experience in a comparable role.
• Driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance; not listed in OIG Excluded Provider list.
• Medicare/State training or competency evaluation as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and positioning.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under supervision.
• Collect specimens for lab tests as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and adequate supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
