Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Wichita, KS seeks a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to work with patients in their homes under RN supervision, providing personal care and daily activities to support comfort and dignity at end of life.

You will travel to patients' homes, document care, assist with meals, and help maintain safety. This full‑time role offers health benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to document accurately and report observations to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
