Job summary
Your Health in the Carolina Forest-Forestbrook area is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to service hospice patients. Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing.
- Phlebotomy experience or training preferred.
- Public health or home health experience preferred.
- Experience with DME delivery or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR/telemedicine and related tech tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential duties for hospice patients in homes and ALFs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety.
- Deliver medications and durable medical equipment to patients' homes.
- Coordinate telehealth visits with pharmacists, specialists, and providers.
- Collect blood specimens and perform routine venipuncture when needed.
