Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA in St. Louis, MO for PRN, part-time shifts. The role includes providing compassionate patient care, assistance with activities of daily living, and mobility support in patients' homes or facilities.

Requires state nurse’s aide certification, CPR where required, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. We offer mileage reimbursement, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven hospice network serving the South St.

Qualifications

• Be certified by the state as a nurse’s aide and pass the agency competency exam (score 85%+).
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in applicable states.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and state-required auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care in patients' homes or care facilities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility and daily living activities.
• Monitor comfort, respond to needs, ensure safety and dignity at all times.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and work in home or facility environments.
