Anodyne Palliative Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home hospice care in the Chicago area. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help with medications while maintaining a clean, safe environment. In-person work is required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and completion of a CNA program; healthcare experience is preferred. License and driver’s license are typically required for home visits.

Qualifikationen

• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation systems.

Duties

• Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or healthcare facilities
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with medication reminders and administration
• Document patient care activities and observations in medical records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent training
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation systems
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families
