You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, help with meals, monitor patients, and report changes to the Case Manager. Requirements: state nurse aide certification, clean registry, 18+, valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• State-certified nurse aide.
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record.
• 18+ years of age (state law may vary).
• Valid driver's license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as baths, grooming, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens.
• Assist patients with dressing and undressing.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Monitor skin condition to prevent breakdown and report changes to the Case Manager.

• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM - NO WEEKENDS - NO HOLIDAYS

What You’ll Do:

• Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens
• Assisting in dressing and undressing patients
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals, including shopping
• Assisting in feeding the patient
• Providing proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdown of tissue
• Reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.
