Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in various facilities, delivering compassionate care and essential daily support. You will assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility and daily activities, while collaborating with RNs and LPNs to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The role offers flexibility in assignments, same-day/next-day pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k)/Roth plan

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active Michigan CNA certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate, reliable, and good communicator with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene support to patients in facilities such as nursing homes or hospitals.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
• Help with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitor vitals, document changes and report issues to supervisor.
