Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide in-home personal care, comfort, and support across Frankenmuth and surrounding areas. You will work closely with nurses, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure dignity, safety, and quality of life for each patient.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan CNA certification in good standing.
• Completion of a state-approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Minimum of one year of CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required in-service education and certifications.
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.

• Provide hands-on personal care that keeps patients comfortable, clean, and safe in their home.
