Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Fairview, MI is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily care and companionship to residents. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines, while upholding dignity and comforts in a supportive team.

You’ll monitor changes in condition, communicate with the nursing team, and help residents participate in activities and services that enhance independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan CNA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily activities support to residents.
