Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab – Monroe is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on daily care, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and routines, while preserving residents' independence and dignity.

You will collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care teams, observe changes, report to nursing staff, and participate in activities to enhance quality of life. Full-time or part-time day or evening shifts available.

Qualifications

As a CNA, you'll be one of the caregivers who knows residents best. What Your Impact Will Look Like

You’ll provide hands‑on support with daily activities while helping residents maintain as much independence as possible. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines while ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. You’ll become a familiar and trusted presence in residents’ lives, building relationships that help them feel seen, valued, and supported. You’ll observe changes in condition, communicate important information to the nursing team, and help ensure residents receive timely care and attention. You’ll assist residents in participating in activities, appointments, meals, worship opportunities, and social events that contribute to a fulfilling daily experience. You’ll work alongside nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team to support each resident’s individualized plan of care. Some days you’ll help a resident regain confidence after an illness. Other days you’ll offer encouragement during therapy, celebrate a birthday, listen to a life story, or simply brighten someone’s day with your presence. Every day, your care has a direct impact on a resident’s comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

Schedule

Full‑time or part‑time Day Shift (5:45 am - 2:15 pm) or Afternoon Shift (1:45 pm - 10:15 pm) Rotating weekends and holidays required.
