Victory Home Health is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage hospice training for our Ada area offices, ensuring programs align with Medicare and state guidelines. The role emphasizes program development, staff education, and quality improvement support.

The position requires RN licensure in the state, a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, and the ability to travel locally to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of hospice experience.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Certified Home Care and Hospice Executive (CHCE) or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hospice training programs in line with Medicare/State guidelines.
• Provide training to licensed staff and DHCS for hospice programs.
• Train supervisors and staff on new programs and practices.
• Assist with HCHB/Point of Care training for personnel.
• Support Corporate Quality Improvement audits and data collection.
• Identify performance issues and collaborate with leadership for solutions.
• Analyze clinical operations to ensure compliance with standards.
