Job summary

Magnolia Hospice in Waco/Temple area seeks a Training Coordinator to design and implement education programs for all hospice staff in alignment with Medicare and state regulations. You will develop curricula, train licensed staff and supervisors, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and occasional travel to meet program needs across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field required.
• Experience in hospice or healthcare training preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver education programs compliant with Medicare/State guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Designs hospice training programs for the company.
• Teaches licensed staff and supervisors for all hospice programs.
• Trains staff on new programs and HCHB/Point of Care systems.
• Assists with Corporate QI audits and special projects as needed.
• Identifies performance issues and collaborates with leadership for resolution.
• Analyzes clinical operations to ensure standards are met.
• Multitasks and manages heavy workload under tight deadlines.
