Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you work.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ nursing experience, with hospice experience.
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake staff to ensure accurate, efficient processing of referrals.
• Act as clinical resource for Care Access Coordinators and RNs.
• Collaborate with Admissions Managers and Director of Patient Access on care decisions.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and internal customers.
• Mentor staff and promote high-quality patient care.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure regulatory compliance.
