Bristol Hospice in Fall River, MA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure delivery of hospice services and supervise clinical personnel. This full-time role offers a salary range and bonus components, along with mileage support and a strong patient-centered culture.

Responsibilities include reviewing referrals, coordinating hospice staff, collaborating with the Medical Director, and guiding clinicians to maintain high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in hospice home care.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification.
• Understanding hospice philosophy and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Receive case referrals and review patient information to determine hospice/home care needs.
• Assign appropriate hospice personnel to referral cases.
• Consult with Medical Director regarding eligibility for services.
• Review cases through home visits, conferences, and record reviews.
• Guide clinicians to improve performance and quality of home care services.
• Assist in screening and orientation of new employees.
• Participate in planning and evaluation of education programs.
• Contribute to organization policies and long-range goals.
