Job summary

Frederick Health Hospital, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead our hospice team on a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule with rotating administrator call. The role requires RN licensure in Maryland, CPR/BLS, and proven leadership to coordinate multi-disciplinary care throughout the patient journey.

The supervisor will plan, implement and evaluate care, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement while aligning with FH mission and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities essential for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives within the hospice team.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers and other professionals to ensure quality care.
• Participate in budget planning and staffing schedules; manage department resources.
