Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contributes to departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgets and adheres to goals
• Directs daily client care and staff activities
• Conducts on-site supervisory visits and serves as clinical resource
• Manages hiring and performance management of staff
• Coordinates services with other health care providers
